        The College of Engineering consists of departments of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering, a CE Undergraduate Honor Program, and one graduate institute: Graduate Institute of Automation & Control. In addition, the College of Engineering has also established several multi-disciplinary programs in an attempt to keep abreast of leading universities at home and abroad. The multi-disciplinary programs include the Rail Systems Program (both undergraduate and graduate level), the Micro-Fabrication Program (graduate level), the Biomedical Engineering Program (graduate level), the Automation & Control Program (undergraduate level), the Materials Science & Technology Program (undergraduate level), the Environmental Program (undergraduate level), Cross-disciplinary Image Display Technology Program (both undergraduate and graduate level), the Intelligent Vehicles (Undergraduate level), Automatic Optical Inspection Program(graduate level), Engineering Management Program (undergraduate level) and the Solar Optoelectronics Program (graduate level).
